Pollserver http://zelea.com:8080/v/w/
Jurisdiction This site would ordinarily host polls for Toronto city council, local ridings of the legislative assembly of Ontario, and local ridings of the house of commons, parliament of Canada. However, for the duration of alpha trials, we are ignoring jurisdictional boundaries. Voters are free to start any poll here.

Welcome to the pollwiki for the city of Toronto. The pollwiki is an open knowledge base of primary elections, bylaws, plans and policies. It also provides a collaborative space for drafting proposals and position statements. The associated pollserver provides the voting facilities. Welcome also to the alpha trials of Votorola. For the duration of alpha trials, we are ignoring jurisdictional boundaries. You are free to start any poll here.

Namespace Description
(Poll) The main namespace is reserved for poll pages. Each poll page is under the editorial supervision of the leading candidate. Every poll page has a stable URL as a P/ subpage, according to its proper name (p-name). Most of the P/ subpages are simply redirects to an actual poll page, the name of which may change.
User User pages are for voters and candidates. In the user namespace, the p/ subpages are reserved for the user's positions, each of which has a subpage named after the proper poll name (p-name), which never changes. Often a p/ subpage is simply a redirect to an actual position page, the name of which may change.
Toronto This namespace contains site-specific pages for Toronto. Also project-specific pages, until we get a dedicated site for Votorola.
MediaWiki The MediaWiki namespace stores the wiki's user interface messages. Editing of these messages is restricted to sysops.
Template Template pages define transclusion and subst content for other pages. Most templates are protected from editing, except by sysops.
Help Help pages are for user instructions and examples.
Category Categories are page types. A page may be labelled with one or more categories. Each category label asserts an "is-a" relation for the subject of that page. For example, a page labelled [[Category:Position]] "is a" position page. Its subject "is a" position.
Property Properties are things that a page can have. A page may be labelled with one or more properties. Each property label asserts a "has-a" relation for the page. For example, a page labelled [[district::Toronto:Ward 20]] "has a" district, namely the district Toronto:Ward 20.
